Never underestimate the gift of flowers. I was a bit under the weather last weekend and TPS brought me a bundle of hydrangea from the grocery store. He had made a run for supplies to make me our in-house special of roast chicken with mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli. Our long-standing ‘get well soon’ comfort food in the Watson Sive household. The meal along with the hydrangeas (which I dotted around the apartment in single stem vases) were the perfect combo/tonic as I instantly started to feel better. They just had to be the Flower Friday blooms for the week.
